She was born in October 23, 1906. She had won 3 Olympic medals and had broken several records. The most important thing about her was, she was only 19 when she swam across the English Channel. She show other woman that, woman can do anything.

Tommy gun

Tommy gun or known as Thompson submachine gun was invented during 1920. The person who invented was General John T. Thompson. He invented this gun because; in WWI it was hard for the soldier to carry a big machinegun. Tommy gun became very useful during WWII.
